“Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij hadden een appartement bij het hotel. De eerste nacht hadden wij in de nacht van luidruchtige gasten, zelf besloten om dit pas de volgende dag met het personeel te bespreken. Het personeel nam het duidelijk serieus en vroeg ons met klem te melden mocht dit opnieuw gebeuren. De nachtwakers aan de receptie nemen dit dan op; overlast door gasten dulden ze kennelijk pertinent niet. De andere drie nachten hebben we overigens verder geen overlast gehad en……

“I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. “Good stay in a very good location. Everything you need for self catering. Many little supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. However, I found the food quality poor anywhere near the property, but it’s obviously not the hotels responsibility. Check in was fast and we even got to check in many hours earlier than expected, so this was so convenient and great as we travelled with kids and had many luggage’s. “ Staff very friendly, arrived early but was check in directly. However they need thy adjust the check out at 11am or 12 am. 10 am not good Hotel clean, very beautifully apartment , Swiming pool good but there was no bar pool at my place , however you can easily enjoy drinks in the siter hotel Lovely different fruits for breakfast Lunch and diner okay for the all inclusive . “Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……

“The hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. However, the hallway leading to the room had a very strong sewage smell, which was odd. While the room showed some signs of wear, it was still well-maintained. I was disappointed that no one informed me the beach facilities were unavailable. “Bin sehr spät mit dem Flugzeug in Faro angekommen und hatte wohl das Glück, dass mir das Zimmer freigehalten wurde, da laut Rezeption die Zimmer wieder vergeben werden, wenn man nicht innerhalb der angegebenen Eincheck-Zeit beim Hotel eintrifft. Hatte die Flugdaten rechtzeitig mitgeteilt. Kommunikation mit Hotel war auch im Vorfeld sehr seltsam. Sie teilten mir WhatsApp-Adresse mit, darauf reagierte jedoch niemand.”
