“Usually when a new resort opens there are gaps in their processes. This was absolutely the exception. The management, lounge and bar staff, and the house keeping crews had everything dialled in flawlessly. Grazie millé to the front of house and Abrigado to the entire team! Well done. “Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, egal wo man sich aufgehalten hat. Die Zimmer Richtung Pool sind perfekt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, das hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Umgegend um das Hotel ist lebhaft, aber keinesfalls laut. Es ist überall sauber.”
