“Nous avons fait une halte au Mercure Moulins Hôtel de Paris (Moulins, Allier) lors d’un déplacement, et ce fut une très belle surprise. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec un personnel attentif et souriant. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés, et la chambre était tout simplement superbe : spacieuse, élégamment décorée et parfaitement équipée. “Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely……

“Nous nous sommes arrêté à cet hôtel sur notre route pour avoir une étape. Très bien pour un court séjour. Attention il n'y avait pas de restaurant malgré ce qui est écrit, seulement du réchauffage de conserve. Heureusement nous avons pu trouver un restaurant qui livrait. L'hôtel est très calme et pratique avec un chien. ”
