Quiet, luxurious guest house. A perfect couples retreat within walking distance of Fisherman’s Beach and Mornington Main Street (approx. 15 min). Accommodation comprises open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area, double bedroom and shower room with laundry facilities. Patio doors lead to a private decking where you can bath in the sun or shelter beneath the retractable awning. Split system heating and cooling.

Awesome place

The property was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed. Close to amenities, supermarketsEtc and close to where we were going for a festival / gig. It was a bit strange walking past the main house (also a BNB) to get to our property and no privacy between them. But we soon got over that. Honestly, my girlfriend and I haven’t slept as well as we did in this property for a long time! the weekend getaway, the ocean air and everything made it an awesome memory for us. Would definitely book again if I am going to Mornington for any reason.
