“This is a great hotel, very comfortable and some restaurant and shopping street nearby, just take only 25 minutes by tram can go to the central city.”

“The novotel was clean and tidy, rooms are compact but fine for a night or two. After hours room service menu was very limited. I needed milk for a baby at 9pm and no convenience store open or nearby. The staff provided a small UHT milk. Shoping and restaurants very close. No hotel parking but you can park in the DFO parking for a fee of $50 however, makes the stay expensive ”

“The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.”

“first of all, the sink is quite hard to use, the tap is too close to the edge that water split everywhere. and there was no house keeping even we asked the lady to help and she said ok to come clean our room later. the worst thing is that, it was super noisy during night, we couldn’t sleep for whole night! there was a club or something nearby and the music does not stop till morning! we stayed up all night… the good thing is bed is soft and good to lay on. and hotel is very near southern cross……

“The staff were excellent. However the enclosed patio which states no smoking stank of cigarette smoke which stirred up my daughters asthma and the shower was very mouldy. Great location 3 minutes walk to the crown and Southbank breakfast was sufficient and excellent barista coffee which was additional on top of breakfast ”

“飯店的位置很方便, 室內空間寬敞且傢電齊全, 洗衣機及洗碗機都有提供洗衣粉等等, 有任何需要都可以再跟飯店人員聯絡. 整體我是非常喜歡！ 只是有幾個缺點如下: 我們是選有包打掃的房租, 但有時候沒有舖床或補備品, 2間浴室其中一間的抽風機應該是壞掉, 有反應給飯店但可能沒辦法馬上修理, 浴室洗澡的水量相對較小, 但還可以接受. 我會推薦來墨爾本玩的朋友來住的 我自己如果再來墨爾本來也會再來住的”
