“The property may not seem like much from the road but once you get inside and open the balcony shutters your breath will be taken away. There is no better View than the one you'll have. You can watch the sunrise every morning stare at the ocean while you cook your meals. It really felt like we were on a private beach for the majority of our stay. “The back yard was surrounded by a private fence . The back porch had a gate to keep my soon to be 2 year old grandson from running out to pool. Beach was across the road. We loved the back porch with its ceiling fans and small fridge. Had tons of pool floats and toys. Also chairs for the beach and boogie boards. ”

“We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer! Very light and bright in a nice safe neighborhood. Furniture was very clean and comfortable. Had a great night sleep on the comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensil's and dishes. My wife was so happy about the great water pressure in the shower! We would love to stay here again.”

“The location is right off the main road, so it is in the middle of everything! They are doing construction on the property, but it really didn’t cause any issues. Our condo was clean and provided a beach chair, towels, and pool/beach toys. The view was very nice and it is easy to get to the beach and pool. Would recommend staying here! ”

The home had everything we needed, including ample kitchen items for cooking. We enjoyed the pool and backyard and appreciated access to beach and pool gear. The layout of the home gave us all space to spread out and the decor was unique and fun. Overall 10/10 for us ”

“This place is amazing!!! They thought of all the small things-tons of blankets, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen and the location was amazing! The pool was our favorite spot. But the oceanfront views from the deck were so incredibly peaceful. Literally your own beach! The hosts went above and beyond. You need to stay here! ”

“We had a great stay at this property!! Honestly, the early mornings on the river deck couldn’t be beat! So fun to see the manatees daily. The house is well laid out and suited our needs. The house also had pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, etc. We were especially pleased that it was dog friendly! Distance to the beach would be the only concern. It’s walkable, but with having younger children and older family members, we only drove (but that wasn’t an issue for us). We would love to return……
