“O staff é muito atencioso e prestável, o pequeno almoço é bom servido com muita simpatia e atenção para com os hóspedes. Se optar por fazer refeições no Hotel, o serviço de restaurante é excelente, com pouca diversidade, mas com qualidade de excelência, muito bem confeccionada e as sugestões do chef são excelentes. “Pluspunkte: Wunderschönes Altbau-Apartment mit hohen Räumen und Stuckverzierungen. Möblierung komfortabel und Geschmack voll. Nähe zum Zentrum ideal. Mariana vom Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Minuspunkte: Apartment an vielbefahrener, sehr lärmiger Strasse. Dies ist sehr problematisch weil die Fenster nur einfach verglast und fugenlos in die Fensternischen plaziert sind. Schlafen war nur mit Oropax möglich. Bettgrösse ist Queensize (160) und nicht wie angegeben Kingsize. Baderaum……

“The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast. “The hotel is amazing, it was one of the best experiences in our life, very comfortable and quiet room with fantastic views, perfect service and great staff. The spa is fabulous and possible to go there with kids from 6 years old. Breakfast was tasty, and Vinha restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The hotel also has a nice garden and transfer to the city centre, which was so convenient. We will definitely visit this place again.”

“Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! ”

“We absolutely loved the Lost Garden! This special place was created with intention and offers truly beautiful food, linen, garden, swimming pool, drinks, soaps, and people! The colors and calming decor combined with aromatherapy and a stunning view really created an invitation to breathe. The staff took great care to pay attention to every single detail and helped with anything we asked. Upon arrival we were offered a fantastic welcome drink and cookies while our bags were whisked to our room.……

“The staff of this hotel truly make it a 5 star experience. From the welcome drink and delicious cookie to the incredible breakfast it was a fabulous experience. My only negative was the small closet and lack of drawers in the room, otherwise it was a perfect stay in a beautiful room. ”
