We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Mercer room and it was amazing, with both a private and semi-private outdoor balcony/patio area. We really appreciated the charming touches, like flowers, music, and fresh-baked cookies! Highly recommended. ”

“Very stylish hotel, comfortable room, and lovely pool. Pool attendants were very attentive and friendly, pool vibe was mostly adult which was great. Pool bar closes at 5, which felt early. The building had a fire alarm which forced us all to evacuate which was very strange. Exit routes were a bit confusing and the stairs ended us at the pool and then we weren’t sure how to get out. Staff were nice but also seemed a bit confused when giving instructions.”

“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”

“This was the most excellent stay. Perfect location, the room was gorgeous and had everything you needed. I was terribly disappointed that when we asked to check out one hour later due to our flight time, I was asked to pay $25 even after confirming that the room wasn’t even booked. After such a great stay that left a sour taste in my mouth. What happened to customer service?”

“Beautiful rooms, incredible bed and pillows and water pressure in the shower was unbelievable!! Good lighting with dimmers in the bathroom, lots of room, great coffee machine and coffee in the room, with real half and half. Fabulous rooftop restaurant and bar. Had a wonderful, unusual breakfast up there, much more special than your standard Southern breakfast fare. Couldn't try the raved about restaurant or bar downstairs as closed on Monday but will definitely be back! Slightly away from busy……
