“This property is absolutely beautiful. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Loved everything about it from the beautiful decor to the lovely touches of fresh bread, chocolate bickies and coffee pods to the immaculate cleanliness of the property. Highly recommend the beautiful place, we will definitely stay here when we return to Ballarat.”

“The room was a bit neglected cobwebs in The corners of the room and bugs next to the bath and dead plants at the doorway and doorway had not be swept . Tiny bath towels . Porridge was supplied but not enough milk , there was jam but no butter . We decided to not have breakfast and had it in Ararat instead.stead . ”

“Beautiful property, we had a great time enjoying the fireplace and some family time together around the table. The backyard is fully fenced so was perfect for us to bring the family dog. Also it's so close to the lake which was great for morning walks to say hello to the local swans ”
