“Great relaxing home on the lake. Quiet neighbors. Board games for a rainy day. Grill for the nice days outside. Watch for flying fish....(just kidding, one was dropped by a bird) you can imagine our faces. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of comfortable chairs outside and also a fire pit. ”

“Our family had an amazing Fourth of July on the water. We grilled out, fished, swam, played yard games. Really had no reason to go venture the town. We had it all right there. David was always readily available with all our questions and needs. The house is packed with everything you need, very clean, and comfortable. Neighbors were amazing. It was better than we had hoped for. ”

“We were in Menasha to visit our son. The property fit our needs and then was right on the lake. IT was relaxing to start and/or finish the day sitting looking over the lake. The house was close to groceries, restaurants and downtown Appleton. Parking and access was very easy. We would stay there again.”

“If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with finer finishes, you’ve found it! Jolene was very accommodating and responded to questions very quickly. There’s a short walk to the lake, but it’s very scenic! The deck provided ample seating for our family to visit at night with a small, gas fire pit where we roasted Marshmallows. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two down. We ended up using a small space heater because the air conditioning upstairs was needed, and the downstairs became very cold.……
