“OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL. GREAT LOCATION. QUIET, YET ABOUT A MILE TO TRAM STATION. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL OUTFITTED. MADE IT EASY FOR US TO COOK BREAKFASTS AS WELL AS DINNERS IF WE CHOSE. CLOSE TO HUMPBACK STATUE AND NOT FAR TO GROCERY STORE. MADE IT A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY.”

“Hotel is directly across the parking lot from Juneau International Airport so perfect place to stay if coming in late or leaving super early. It's a 5 min walk to the front door of the airport. Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had lots of space. Desk agent had the hair dryer I needed and there is vending machines for snacks and drinks. The bed was ok for one night but I'm not sure about staying much longer than that.. it seemed a bit worn. Otherwise, great stay.”

“Nice stay, comfy bed and pillows. Advertised a Mountain View and my view was of old dilapidated buildings, trash all down the hillside. And windows in the buildings that stared right into my hotel window. I kept my curtains closed the whole time! False advertising. It also advertised a pub, which had closed. Wanted a restaurant onsite. Also false advertising. Staff was very nice. ”

“Location is great. Beds are ver comfortable. Staff is very helpful. 24Hrs frontdesk. Coffe ,Tea and water are free in the lobby. Soda ”

“This hotel has done some updating in the recent years. The rooms are getting a makeover however the hallways are still dark and dated. But looks like progress is being made. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.”
