“Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities……

“Looking for a quiet getaway on a Lake in Vermont in the Poultney area, this is where you would like to be. Comfortable rooms and great Lake views.”

“Cottage was very clean and stocked with basic essentials. Owner was very responsive to our texts and communicated well. Great view of lake from cabin. We had a wonderful stay and hope to go back some day.”

“This was the perfect cottage for a winter getaway. I was solo, but the home could have easily accommodated many more. I loved the vintage touches and had a nice time listening to the classic vinyl records while enjoying a glass of wine and watching it snow. I had dinner outside on the patio one night and the view was lovely. It is just a few minutes drive from Woodstock and Quechee and I visited both several times. “Cottage was as described, from the beautiful wood floors and furnishings to its’ unique window trim. Super clean and comfortable. But what raised the barr on this rental that tickled my grits was the welcome reception into Kay and Glenn’s home each morning for breakfast. Kay is quite delightful and put out a breakfast each morning that was over the top.
