“Always a great stay. Clean and comfortable.”

“Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities……

“Looking for a quiet getaway on a Lake in Vermont in the Poultney area, this is where you would like to be. Comfortable rooms and great Lake views.”

“We had an amazing week swimming, hiking, paddling, and admiring gorgeous Lake Amherst. All of our favorite things were nearby - lovely hiking trails, and maple ice cream. Perfect location, well appointed kitchen, and perfect dock on the lake. Our family loved every moment and we hope to come back again.”

Everything we could have needed was available on the property, it was very clean and comfortable, and the hostess was great at communicating details ahead of time. The house has been updated with new kitchen features and a new shower. It has been stocked with a thoughtful supply of kitchen items and linens and was squeaky clean throughout.
