“Friendly staff. We did find the breakfast $21.00 was pricey for scrambled eggs and pork sausages , bacon buffet. Expected pancakes at least as a side. ”

“We enjoyed our stay and were quite happy with the location of the hotel. Our two main negatives were: 1) No hot water in sink or shower 2) common areas like stairs and halls were a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of easy and safe parking. It was a very reasonable distance to get to Newport. I would consider staying here again. ”

“Overall the stay was nice and it is a cute hotel with interesting decor. The building was clean and the ataff was great. The doors to many of the rooms however are warped creating considerable gaps at the top or bottom. I was able to remedy this to a degree by locking the door but the aforementioned warping made it difficult.”

“SKIP Air BNB & Vrbo and stay here! The one and 2 bedroom townhouse/ condos are awesome! We were 2 couples and had plenty of room to stretch out after walking for brunch and dinner. Leave the car in the lot evening is less than a 15 min walk. ”

“The house is unique. I had already chosen the bigger room (2 kings) and was happy with its sitting area and large bathroom. The lobby is welcoming and its dining area has charm and character. We’d certainly return in warmer weather to enjoy the patio area. It’s just a 2 minute ride to all the restaurants. Lastly, the staff is professional and personable.”

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”

“The check in staff was very pleasant! Room was larger than expected! Only problem was the room key didn't work great. Needs updating. Otherwise this was a 10/10 place! ”
