“We were shocked when we arrived at this property. The word "rustic" should be added to its description. The front door to the property is a sliding glass does that does not from the outside. When we walked through the house upon arriving, we walked through spiderwebs on the inside of the house, the smell of mildew was overwhelming, most of the windows had been screwed closed with no way to open them, there were rodent traps in every room, the mini splits (AC units) worked extremely well, the……

“We felt so lucky to find this place- it is a good location (we had friends close by) and it worked for our needs of home base/sleeping quarters for our family. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. There are 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, which is so helpful. The kitchen is simple and spacious, we didn't use it much but felt like we could easily have cooked in it and had everything needed. There's a grill too which is so nice to have. The place is circa 90's throughout; but clean! So……

“What a wonderful stay on this magical island! Claire was very responsive to all our questions throughout the planning of our trip. The house is incredibly convenient to Edgartown! Walk is beautiful or it’s a quick drive to the center of town. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the bunnies in the yard and the birds in the trees. Very peaceful. The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable , and the kitchen was well appointed (but we couldn’t find any pot holders or dish……
