While they are very friendly, their residence is in close proximity to the rental home. Additionally, the property has strict rules that must be adhered to, including maintaining quiet hours starting at 10 PM and limiting the number of cars in the driveway to eight. It is well maintained and very comfortably furnished with ample off-street parking in both the garages and driveway. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds are a plus.
