It was a very fair rate and much more affordable than the jacked up hotel prices due to the tournament. 12 minute proximity to the tennis facility was great! Clean, very spacious bedrooms. Cabinets in the kitchen need a little TLC, but this place met all of our needs and I would stay there again.”
