“This motel is an excellent bargain for tavelers, especially business travelers. The rooms were super-clean and the staff is really kind. The bed was comfortable, the room was well-lit, the appliances & TV were in excellent condition, and the A/C-heat unit was well maintained. Best of all, the rooms were very quiet when it came to noise from neighbors. I hardly heard a thing! The bathroom and some cosmetic fixtures are a little dated, but that is minor and doesn't take away from the overall……

“Very clean and conveniently arranged rooms; easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Doors on rooms have paint peeling and flaking, needs attention. Friendly, helpful staff. No instructions in rooms for use of Roku TV. Everything seemed to be on subscription. Budget friendly and good value.”

“We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time.”
