“The Gull Cottage property is on a road of very beautiful and well kept year-round homes on the shore of Lake Erie. The home has a nautical theme with updated furnishings in an older home that has been beautifully maintained. It is easy to stay in and adapt to the amenities the home has to offer. The back yard offers stunning views on a shoreline that cuts from the northeast on the right to the south west on the left. The sunsets over the water are as beautiful as I have seen. “My family had a wonderful stay at the Cleveland home, which was conveniently located in a beautiful area just outside of the city. The house was lovely and outfitted with everything we needed. The living areas were bright and spacious, and everyone enjoyed the indoor pool with the big-screen television! Host communication was exceptional. Everything was perfect, and we would stay here again!”

“The property is as pictured in the listing - cute, comfortably appointed with all the basics needed to have an enjoyable stay. Easy to find & access. Having bedrooms on each floor of the home provided privacy for our family. The main bath is spacious and remodeled & it was nice to have a half bath for the basement suite. Basement bed was comfy with nice linens and pillows. It was chilly in the basement but we found some nice extra blankets. There were also a ton of high quality towels……
