“Very quiet neighborhood.”

“We were in the area again to visit my son who attends UC Merced. We chose to stay here again as our first visit was such a positive experience. The second stay was no different. The floor plan is very open/welcoming, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, plenty of towels, laundry room and the back yard is really nice to hang out in during the evening with a fire in the fire ring. When it gets too cold even with a fire, the inside pellet furnace (pellets included) is very nice to gather……
