“This house was deceptively huge. It just kept going and going to the back with bedroom after bedroom. Plenty of open space for family gathering time, lots of nice amenities (games, TV, outdoor wrap around deck). Parking can be a little challenging as the driveway runs up the hill, opposite of traffic, but we were able to back in which made exiting easier. Easy walk to the Marina and beach (we were there in Winter so this would be great in the summer). All amenities in the house were provided as……

“This house was perfect for our large group! The space was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. We loved that the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils, and the bathrooms were well-supplied. Groveland is a charming town, and the house is conveniently located for exploring Yosemite. While we missed having access to Pine Mountain Lake, we found another nearby lake to rent boats for a fun day on the water. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!”

“Everything about the house and location was excellent. Big property and our dog got to roam and explore. My daughter and I didn’t want to leave and expect to be back. ”

“We stayed there for one week and it way AMAZING. The cabin is super cute and it has a great view from the balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You’ll see lots of deers around the house. It is great for a getaway vacations. ”

“This was a great house for our family of five. We had a great time hiking in Yosemite and then coming back to sit by the fire at night, playing card game, and watching movies was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view from the front deck. This home could easily fit two families with all the kids on the upper level and adults downstairs. ”

“Well equipped , roomy house. Beds were a little hard on main floor. We used the outdoor sitting area after Donna brought us propane. Plenty of parking”

“Having a house right on the lake was perfect. Having the dock right at the property was a great spot to canoe, kayak, and swim. The house was well stocked with towels, extra blankets and pillows, and everything needed in the kitchen for us to make several meals. The grill worked well. The back porch looking over the lake was a great spot in the mornings and evenings to relax. There is a house nearby undergoing some construction, and weed eating can start as early as 7am which was a bummer but……

“Had a fantastic stay at the Hilltop Cabin in Groveland. The cabin is like something straight out of Sunset Magazine, with a nice deck for relaxing, complete with mountain views. It was quite hot during our stay and the a/c inside the cabin was up to the job. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A great spot for some down time!”

“The fact that the property is on the lake keeps me from giving this stay a pretty poor review. First off, unfortunately the ad for this property on VRBO omits the fact that this gated community has a lot of rules (the home has a good amount too), so you are always wondering if your going to get reprimanded for something (oh what fun!). Also, I specifically inquired if this property had a bedroom and bath on the entry floor and the response was yes… we’ll I’m not sure who would consider a futon……

“Our group of friends with our little ones rented this place for a weekend. Loved that there was plenty of beds and the kids used the upstairs loft for the fort making and sleep over. A little bit cold down stairs because the main heater didnt reach but the owners provided protable heaters for the rooms and bathroom. It was a great experience all around. Used the large deck for a small photoshoot with the kids”

“really enjoyed our stay here over thanksgiving week- beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. only piece of feedback- would have been nice to have known that firewood was not provided at the cabin; we had to make a late night run to the store to purchase. other than that, it was excellent!”
