“We loved the whole weekend! If you like to get away out in the country, this is the place. The cabin is small, but who cares? Inside has everything imaginable to make your stay complete. If you want to explore Groveland and the surrounding area, it's not far. Hetch Hetchy was one destination up the road, and, wow, it's beautiful too. Oh, and the folks at the ranch were wonderful!”

“The house itself was spotless and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The hosts put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome, providing everything from comfortable bedding to a fully equipped kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area, where I could relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful setting. “Having a house right on the lake was perfect. Having the dock right at the property was a great spot to canoe, kayak, and swim. The house was well stocked with towels, extra blankets and pillows, and everything needed in the kitchen for us to make several meals. The grill worked well. The back porch looking over the lake was a great spot in the mornings and evenings to relax. There is a house nearby undergoing some construction, and weed eating can start as early as 7am which was a bummer but……

“Our group of friends with our little ones rented this place for a weekend. Loved that there was plenty of beds and the kids used the upstairs loft for the fort making and sleep over. A little bit cold down stairs because the main heater didnt reach but the owners provided protable heaters for the rooms and bathroom. It was a great experience all around. Used the large deck for a small photoshoot with the kids”

“This house was deceptively huge. It just kept going and going to the back with bedroom after bedroom. Plenty of open space for family gathering time, lots of nice amenities (games, TV, outdoor wrap around deck). Parking can be a little challenging as the driveway runs up the hill, opposite of traffic, but we were able to back in which made exiting easier. Easy walk to the Marina and beach (we were there in Winter so this would be great in the summer). All amenities in the house were provided as……

“I have enjoyed MANY VRBO rentals, and this place, by far, was the cleanest, best decorated, best stocked, and most luxuriant at this price point. The owners take a special pride in their rental with a stocked coffee bar, fully stocked kitchen with all items needed to comfortably host up to 10 people! Not only is the place wonderfully stocked, the decor on point, but the owners supply MANY fluffy, comfy blankets and throws to add a luxuriant touch to each space. You will find this home FILLED……

“Had a fantastic stay at the Hilltop Cabin in Groveland. The cabin is like something straight out of Sunset Magazine, with a nice deck for relaxing, complete with mountain views. It was quite hot during our stay and the a/c inside the cabin was up to the job. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A great spot for some down time!”
