“The newly renovated room was nice”

“一如以往在其他Hampton inn的住宿經驗, 乾淨, 舒適, 溫馨的服務態度與早餐, 永遠不用擔心會有甚麼意外, 對於我們這種喜歡帶著孩子road trip但又有預算考量的家庭, Hampton inn一直是我們的優先考慮 這次住宿唯一美中不足是走出戶外, 常會聞到空氣中的臭味, 但影響不大, 附近有加油站跟AMPM, 開車10分鐘內可以到Smart & Final跟連鎖餐廳, 算是非常方便, 五分鐘內可以到140公路一路開往優勝美地 整體來說, 這次仍然對Hampton inn很滿意, 下次來這附近我們還是會選擇這裡”

“Room is relatively spacious and parking was convenient. A little noisy at night since it's right next to the freeway. Descent hot breakfast.”

“Location is far from train station and one has to walk 20 mins to the nearby bus station and supermarket. There are very heavy traffic roads around the motel.”

The woman in the office was very accommodating, VERY SWEET and a pleasure to speak to… she genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and had a smile on her face even though I arrived and checked in at a very late hour. She alone is the reason why I will definitely be back.. “This is the only hotel in los banos that did not discriminate against my niece because of her financial status. I applaud them for this and would recommend everyone in this area to use this hotel instead of the other hotels in los banos. Thank you for all you did ”

“I never got the chance to enter the property. I have reserved a room from Expedia with confirmation in app and in emails. But the host friendly declined me at the door saying that they never saw my reservation. The host also friendly invited me to sleep in another room without a bed but I decided to find a hotel in this area instead.”
