“**Disappointing Stay at Marriott** I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.”

“Food was great, drinks were great, property was beautiful, and staff were wonderful! We will be making this our go to hotel when in Paso. The walkability from the hotel is great - access to so many shops and restaurants. We had our 3.5 year old with us and we were 2 minutes walk from the park - so convenient! ”

“The property was super clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. A lady name Maria she was staff help us get coffee because the containers were empty, she was very friendly. I didn’t like the fact that we wanted to used the swimming pool but it was a bit uncomfortable because a man was listening to loud music with profanity, it seem like he was drunk that was something I didn’t like. ”
