“When I check in, I found the sink drain out stuck in my room. No body came to fix it.”

“We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. ”
