“The Inn far exceeded our expectations. We were treated as valued guests by the owner Casey who had graciously upgraded our room and provided a complimentary breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The room was in a secluded and quiet area that had a outdoor seating area where we could hear the ocean while enjoying the complimentary sherry and chocolates. To all who wish to visit Carmel-By-The-Sea, we highly recommended this Inn.”

“I stayed in anamaizngqueen room with a beautiful bath tub. I read reviews about this hotel being loud, but I was not prepared to be woken up at 5:30 with constant noise from the stairs and doors opening and closing. I was on the ground/countyard ... maybe a higher room would be quieter. Also, no AC. I also had to wait about 10 minutes to be served by the bartender for a glass of wine - after seeking out someone to help me. All that being said, I would stay again. ”

“Our room is great, big, very clean. Very impressive. Just a room for improvement, the cup where you drop off the room keys upon check out should be locked. When we checked out , no one was in the front desk, we just dropped of the room keys. I think it’s better if it’s locked otherwise anyone can just grab a key and go inside on someone else’s room The food was great, 24 hours fitness room and coffee. ”
