“Beautiful original cottage in the exclusive Carmel Point neighborhood. Just blocks away from two beaches … one that overlooks Point Lobos State Natural Reserve, and the other that overlooks Pebble Beach Golf Course. And of course the town of Carmel By The Sea a stones throw away. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return.”

“We went there for work so we really did not stay long in the house, but it was in perfect conditions, clean, well situated and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a pretty place perfect for a vacation.”

“3 bedroom, 2 bath home, quiet street, parking for 2 cars, well furnished kitchen, homey living area for tv at night, spacious and comfortable patio seating oasis, grill, tv in bedrooms and living room with plenty of streaming options, plenty of young kid’s activities in back yard.We all had a wonderful time at this location. Cleanliness and comfort were amazing. Will consider for return visit and recommend to family and friends. Host was helpful and generous.”

“Funky little place, but clean and spacious. Nice big tv, and a WONDERFUL King sized bed. We were exhausted on arrival, slept like babies for 11 hours. As cheap as you're going to find around here, and each room is a separate little cottage, so it was Very Quiet.”

“Sweet cottage right near everything around Monterey. I rented for the Big Sur Marathon and it was the PERFECT location! The owners Barb and Terry are amazing people! ”

Not much services given the price paid

"For the price per night paid here there is not much services. We asked for housekeeping to come clean our lodge twice in the morning and the room was still not cleaned till 4:30 in the afternoon, so we gave up. Calling front desk was always busy, so the easiest way is to text message them and wait for response. The next day we specifically requested housekeeping clean our room and put away the sofa bed, came back to the room and the sofa bed was still there. Room is nice though, it is well kept and quite new in comparison to many resorts nearby. The lodge is a good size if traveling with kids, with a separate living room bedroom. We find spider webs at corners, but I guess it’s good enough given the limited services here. "
