“We enjoyed our stay and the area was perfect. The house was a little dated and in need of some maintenance. The patio doors were difficult to operate, the wall ovens were not properly installed, the upstairs bedroom was very difficult to control the temperature and was very warm even for being in the 50s outside. “We spent two nights here as a family while visiting the area in March of 2025. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store and restaurants. Easy drive to Monterey or other nearby areas in the Salinas valley. Although the house itself is small (a “casita” after all) the 3 bedrooms are surprisingly large and even have closets (plus one has a half bath). The backyard is enchanting and relaxing. Grace is an excellent and thoughtful host and everything was in order when we arrived.……
