“Excellent location, walking distance of shopping, aquarium, restaurants. The property is as described in listing. Parking was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom. I will be back for sure.”

“Pajaro Dunes is such a gem as you are in a secluded area of the coast because of all the surrounding farmland. Santa Cruz is just to the North & Monterey to the South! So much to see & do! We went in August & it was extremely quiet & peaceful.The unit is perfect in every way. The view of the Pajaro River, dunes, beach & birds is beautiful from inside & especially on the patio. It is on the second level but instead of steps there’s a long ramp. A large cart is provided to bring your supplies up.……

“Very clean and safe. Fast access to amazing beach. Excellent accommodations. Basic cooking utensils, salt, pepper, mayo, olive oil etc. May want to bring some zip lock bags, there were none. There were no beach chairs, but you could rent them for 15 at the guest desk. There were pickleball paddles in the condo (courts on site). The pond on property had a nice walking path. We are birders so there was always something to see. Glxondo was a manageable distance from Santa Cruz and Monterey,……

“I live 45 min away and I’ve visited this beautiful beach a bunch of times and every time I told myself “I wanna stay here”. So for my 55th bday decided to have a girls weekend. Pelican 12 was the perfect place. Gorgeous views from the living room and master bedroom. Super comfortable beds, lots of linens, and our favorite… a keurig! We were steps away from the huge empty beach where we found many sea shells. We didn’t want to leave. We are already trying to decide when to come back. ”
