“Very clean and safe. Fast access to amazing beach. Excellent accommodations. Basic cooking utensils, salt, pepper, mayo, olive oil etc. May want to bring some zip lock bags, there were none. There were no beach chairs, but you could rent them for 15 at the guest desk. There were pickleball paddles in the condo (courts on site). The pond on property had a nice walking path. We are birders so there was always something to see. Glxondo was a manageable distance from Santa Cruz and Monterey,……

“Modern, clean, great location. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding.Few items to note for future guests: 1. No toaster oven 2. Not many small kitchen items, such as salt/pepper, ziploc bags/wrap/aluminum foil; 3. No TV in either of the bedrooms 4. Could use one more sitting area/couch.”

“Beautiful oceanfront property. Light airy rooms with super comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and dishes. We had excellent communication upon check in to this gated community. Enjoyed walking on the beach and birdwatching. We were visiting for an event at Laguna Seca and it was a nice quiet place to rest after the crowds. We highly recommend this property and would come gain.”

“We had the best stay at this condo! The location was perfect for me as I stayed here to run the Big Sur marathon. Beaches, the wharf, everything was only about 15 min from there. The property owner was extremely communicative with us and let us know everything we needed to in advance, and even gave great suggestions of things to do! They left some ice, snacks, and water for us, and even a sweet good luck note for my race! Would 1000% stay here again! Definitely check this place out!”

“My wife and I spent a little over a month at this very nice, three story condo on Monterey Bay. Our daughter’s family of four, plus a small dog, also joined us for a long weekend. The property is located adjacent to a beautiful, long beach and is also close to the Monterey bike/walking path. It is an easy walk (or short drive) to many restaurants and activities. Both the living area on the main (second) floor and the primary bedroom on the third floor have fantastic views of the bay and the……

“The condo was perfect for a family beach get away. The views were spectacular, there was plenty of space and accommodated the entire family at the dinner table and family room seating. Everything was very clean and included all amenities as described. I would 100% re/book for future beach stays.”

“was really nice get away for me and my spouse we arrived late the first night and the fire alarm battery was low we contacted them and they responded immediately which was really nice considering how late it was. i just felt awkward walking beside the main house because i think we scared the people staying in there since it was so late and they had all of the blinds open”

“The place was beautiful, although I didn’t realize it was not supposed to have dogs. So I had to leave my dog at my sister’s and I ended up staying with her a lot didn’t get to stay at the apartment as much as I wanted to, but it was a beautiful place and I would recommend it as long as you don’t have a pet.”

“I live 45 min away and I’ve visited this beautiful beach a bunch of times and every time I told myself “I wanna stay here”. So for my 55th bday decided to have a girls weekend. Pelican 12 was the perfect place. Gorgeous views from the living room and master bedroom. Super comfortable beds, lots of linens, and our favorite… a keurig! We were steps away from the huge empty beach where we found many sea shells. We didn’t want to leave. We are already trying to decide when to come back. ”
