“We saw this property advertised and decided to give it a try. We loved the location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and met our family's expectations. We especially appreciated the small amenities, like the abundance of towels and the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard was fantastic with great outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing! The kitchen fixtures and furniture were all fairly new and well-kept, which was a nice change from some other rental……

“Wonderful place to stay in a great location. You can see the otters playing in the water just across the street and breathtaking views there, as well as great path to run/walk on. Grocery store near by, comfy beds, smart TV to watch your own Netflix or Prime shows, and plenty of room to spread out for the 3 of us. So much better than being crammed in a hotel room any longer and easy parking. Aquarium passes were a huge help as it’s quite a pricey place to visit! Would stay there again if we were……

“This three bedroom house was a great retreat for my wife, two teenagers and I. Walkable to the beach. Is in the heart of downtown Carmel. We loved the spaciousness of the main living area and outdoor patio. Also the parking garage and elevator directly to the unit was awesome! The property managers were responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend!”

“This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!”
