“We loved our stay at this VRBO! The property's location was ideal for our visit to the Ballard area, offering us easy access to the trails that lead to Shilshole Bay and the Chittenden Locks. “I would highly recommend this place! It was very clean and the owner was very accommodating to our needs and her response time to answer questions was excellent. One of the very nice benefits to staying here was the nice little amenities that we there. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent for the washer, coffee/tea bar and even a few items were left from prior renters (butter, ketchup, spices and oil). This was great since we stayed in to cook one night and didn't have to buy……

“We had a great visit. There are some nice restaurants and other places to visit within a short drive, bus or light rail ride. This VRBO is very nicely furnished and decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area is nicely set up.”

“This place was better than we expected ! We had 4 adults and 4 kids aged 5-13). Sooo much space, clean, nice bathrooms, game room and extra games were great! Felt just like a home away from home. Highly recommend !”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”
