“The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts. Omelets were a nice change of pace from the usual scrambled eggs. The pool was very nice as well. On the morning of checkout, I had some trouble with my key cards deactivating early, and the desk manager was very patient and helpful getting it sorted out for me. Sometimes stuff happens. It's all about how it's handled, and they did a wonderful job.”
