The location struck the perfect balance—remote enough to feel like you’re in your own private oasis, yet close enough to civilization to feel secure. One of the highlights was being able to walk to the Pika Trail right from the house, which was absolutely delightful. Five stars! We will definitely be back!”

“ Being from the midwest, we absolutely enjoyed this secluded mountain home for our vacation. We loved the hot tub, the decore, the small stream out back, the puzzles/games, and how well stocked the kitchen is. The location worked very well as a launch pad for other daily activities. We enjoyed the Pennsylvania Mountain Trail nearby. Be aware that the back road getting to this property can be a bit rough and a truck/SUV is probably best suited for the trek. ”

“The house is located in a beautiful location. It’s very private. The house itself is spacious and nice, but it was kind of dirty. The carpets were not clean and there were mice in the basement. We probably wouldn’t stay there again although we had a nice time.”

“The location of the cabin is great! Great access to the Ruedi Reservoir and Frying Pan River. Place could be a bit cleaner as there is a bit of a mice problem, but not something I can complain too much about. Would still recommend as the cabin is nice spot to get away into nature.”

“We came for a wedding at Sapphire point overlook yes due to weather conditions in and up with the wedding on the deck the cabin was beautiful. The views were amazing. It was a great weekend.”
