“Property was brand new, clean & tastefully decorated. It is not what I would consider downtown. I would not recommend it to families or my group of ladies as the park right across the street, the sidewalk, & parking lot across from the apartment building is littered with homeless people & vehicles are parked everywhere with people living in them. Because of this, I would not return or recommend.”

“Very clean , nicely updated with all household needs available. Parking was easily accessible and safe off street . Steps up to apartment were challenging especially for elderly and bulky luggage . Overall very satisfied with our stay. The address on the VRBO listing was incorrect . We arrived at the wrong location initially and had to contact property manager and he promptly replied with the correct address. ”

“Very clean. Host very responsive with requests. Great A/C on a few 90 degree days. Great location. Felt safe. It is the entire upstairs of an historic home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to main roads. Stairs are a little steep but manageable. Would definitely stay again!”

“This is a beautiful historic house. The two-bedroom apartment opens from the first floor front porch. Parking is at the rear of the house, ample space. Lovely neighborhood. The two bedrooms are on the second floor, up two sets of stairs. This might be a challenge for anyone with a heavy suitcase or physical limitations. Big, well lit bedrooms. Nice bathroom. Great kitchen. ”
