“it was a nice hotel. A few things, outlets on patio don't work. The elevator doesn't start on the first floor so people were carrying the luggage carts down 3-5 stairs. It was weird. ”

“We stayed at the OSU Hyatt for the CountryFest. It was a great location with complimentary shuttle for the event. Initially we were told they only drop off but our driver offered pickup if we were able to arrive at the drop off by a specific time. We missed that window by 25 mins and he still agreed to pick us up. Beds were comfortable but queens. We are used to a king so we had some challenges, but overall, great hotel. We would stay again. ”

“Locates in Grove city, restaurant and shopping malls are in walking distance. However, there is some noise in the morning due to it's under renovation right now. The reception is so great to allow me to early check in at 7am, which is very important for me who just finished two overnight flights. ”
