“Hizmet ve iletişim çok iyiydi. Genel olarak hotel ve odalar tertemizdi. Yürümeyi severseniz şehir merkezine uzaklığı 20-25dk fakat anayolun kenarından yürümek biraz sıkıntı olabiliyor. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım”

“Odam ilk gittiğimde sigara içilen bir odaydı, kötü kokuyordu, çarşaflarını rengi sararmıştı, biraz bir uğraşı ile sigarasız bir odaya geçtim. Arada temizlik açısından büyük fark vardı. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi. Sabah kahvaltı için çıkarılan çorbalar çok lezzetliydi. Otel çok merkezi bir yerde. ”
“Fiyatına göre beklentimiz düşüktü, ancak gayet güler yüzlü bir resepsiyon ve konforlu geniş bir oda ile karşılaştık. 3 kişilik odada konakladık, 1+1 şeklinde dizayn edilmiş 2 adet iki kişilik yatak ve bir adet kanepe vardı, eşyalar temiz ve bakımlıydı, tuvalet ve çarşaflar gayet temizdi. Klima, televizyon ve buzdolabı sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Kısacası uygun fiyatına göre beklentilerimizin gayet üzerinde keyifli bir konaklama oldu. ”

“I had arrival at hotel about 9.30pm, Yasmin was staying at the reception for waiting me and provided an excellent service to me. After check out, he also provided a shower room to me for taking a quick shower. Hotel location is facing the Pamukkale… nice view and can see the air balloon at the morning time. ”

“Impressed by the thermal pools and swimming pool.
They have Turkish bath, sauna which were free and self served. Of coz you can pay to have someone to serve you bath. Rooms a bit dated but so far clean. Balcony looked at the view were stunning!
Near to pammukele site and some restaurants nearby which were tasty. ”
