“The location is good as we can see the stunning sunrise on the terrace of the villa. The room is very good. The carpark behind the villa is very convenient. I followed the instruction given by Expedia and sent a message via whatsapp to the owner of the Villa one day before I arrived. I got no response. On the day I drove to the villa, I sent a message again. I still got no response. I arrived at the villa at the check-in time (3:00pm). No one was in the villa. I suddenly got a whatsapp message……

“ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is not a hotel, this is a 1-star hostel at hotel prices. Two critical points: 1.) The hotel had a full on cockroach infestation. Our room was crawling in cockroaches (pictures included) 2.) Given the cockroaches, we asked for a refund on 1/3 nights. The host confirmed he would refund, but never did…. “We had a feeling of a bit of false advertising, as the place is wedged between two active farm and house hold. The bathroom and toilet were smaller than most tiny apartments in TLV or NY.
