“The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.”

“雖然地點離市中心坐車大概20分鐘，但是飯店樓下就可以等車，離超市也很近。飯店打掃的整潔度還好，但是房間附的烹飪工具很齊全，整體來說蠻舒適的。”

“The location is quite good the tram stop just at inter section but its not yellow zone so we should prepare the Myki(traffic card) and the room's insulation is not ok. Overall i think everything is good especially the car parking and the location.”

“Unlike some of the comments, the location is not convenient. 10min walk from nearest tram station and 20min walk from nearest free tram station. However there are many restaurants (mainly Italian) ard the hotel. Impressed by receptionist Paul, very enthusiastic to introduce the environment around the hotel and Melbourne city, very welcoming. However, was so disappointed by the staff Jack. impatient and unhelpful on arranging the shuttle bus to the airport. Probably wont stay again.”

“Comfortable stay with 3 couples with enough beds for everyone. Easy access and excellent customer service. Will definitely stay agin and recommend to others of a great place to stay. Room for improvement darker blinds in lounge especially if guests are sleeping in there, central aircon or split systems in bedrooms (Darwin people can only sleep with aircon or fans 😊) ”

“住了八天，位置方便，酒店附近很多質素不錯的餐廳，離博物館近，走去墨爾本大學、維多利亞市場、市中心也不遠。附近晚上熱鬧，安全，酒店安靜，。我住的一房套間廚房設施齊，房裏就有洗衣機烘乾機，好用。就是大門有點緊，每次開關都要用力，有時回來，可能清潔人員清潔過了，門沒關緊都不知道，不過酒店人員服務都挺好。如果兩人沙發再清理的更乾淨一點就完美了。”

“The facilities are modest but they are clean and they are very conveniently located opposite West Richmond station. The staff are proactive, friendly and professional. Definitely a big plus. If you need a bed to rest in and you don't require fancy hotel style facilities, you'll be satisfied with your stay here.”
