“The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room my daughter and I were assigned was on the second floor. I'm not sure if there was an elevator available to us, but the concierge immediately offered to help take our bags to our room. He was very attentive. “This place is just incredible. Grand Hotel is such a fitting name. It truly is GRAND. If you stay here, make sure you plan on some time just to enjoy the property itself. Bring a deck of cards and play in one of the many gorgeous spaces- near the fireplace, lobby, or even the amazing courtyard!!! Kids said it was the best pool and hot tub ever! Breakfast even for vegetarians was wonderful, and the room had ample sleeping space for grandparents, kids, and me (6 of us total slept comfortably)!!……

“Friendly staff. A special shout out to Ben who cleaned our room just as we wanted. He was friendly, accommodating and efficient. A different front desk person every day of our six night stay. Not a problem, just a curiousity. Always clean and uncluttered lobby and hallways. Complimentary breakfast was generous even though some of the hot entree choices were a mystery. Generous towels in guest bathroom. ”

“Comfortable room. Very clean, nice firm mattress. Went down to breakfast but didn’t stay. Buffet area way to small, so crowded, eggs, muffins, yogurt had not been replenished. Seems like staff should be prepared on a Saturday”
