“Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we have to make a future stay more luxurious, would be newer towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

“This property was exactly as described and very comfortable for being small and relatively simple. Has all the necessities and some extras, namely a very nice hot tub. I didn't notice how close to the highway it was until after I booked. This is both convenient and somewhat noisy. Still, the traffic noise was not bad inside. The cabin was very clean and Lance was a responsive and great host.”

“This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay.”

“From prior to our visit to Plum Island/Newburyport Anne was in contact with us. Upon arrival at the property, we were provided with all we could possibly require for our stay, in addition Anne had very kindly turned on the AC before we arrived and had left us food and drink, ensuring we had plenty to keep us going until we found our bearings and made it to the shop to restock. This was greatly appreciated, as we had travelled from Ireland and needed some time to adjust to the jetlag.The……

“Such a charming home with great walkability and quiet despite being so central. Sean was extremely communicative and quickly answered any questions we had. He even reached out to let us know we had forgotten something upon checkout. The home was quaint and in a great location- easy to walk to any food, coffee, stores, and the water. I do want to mention that the stairs are extremely steep, so just something to be aware of for those with mobility issues or young children! Overall, would……

“We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.”

“We loved our stay here!! The house was so great and fully equipped for our family of 8. The beach is literally across the street and the simplicity of that alone made the trip even more special. The beach is clean and full of great finds- moon snails, oyster shells, huge clams!! My children had a wonderful time!! We want to rent from Pam again for longer next time!! ”
