“Parking stinks in Newburyport but you can’t beat the location of this studio apartment. A yapping dog in a neighboring room seemed to be quickly handled by the property owner which we appreciated. Make sure you understand parking restrictions/time limits of the parking beforehand. A great place to explore from and go back to at the end of the night but not necessarily a comfortable room to retreat to on a getaway. ”

“Mary was extremely informative in any questions we had regarding our stay. She was quick to respond. While the property is older New England, my The inside of it was very comfortable and clean. The stairs may be an issue for anyone who may have handicap disability. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room and more importantly the sunporch that faces their Merrimack river in the back was a delight. We will rebook with her for future visits. ”

“I flew with my family in to attend my graduation which was 40 minutes away from this location. We chose this area to relax prepare my big day. I arrived early and was able to to check in 2 hours early. The house was clean and I loved the decor. The only issues was there was ants because it was on the lower level, but management sent over all types of insect spray for me to use. It worked perfect. All the beds were comfortable. The city was quite and cute. We loved it. ”

“I was traveling with my mother-in-law who has mobility issues and I was concerned about accessibility. The owner immediately responded that there was easy access in the front of the house. She had no problem getting in or out. The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.”
