“What a peaceful summertime 3 week stay! It was our second visit to this sweetly restored farm house, the first having been in winter splendor. This time we especially enjoyed the well maintained acreage, wildflowers, visits from local wildlife including deer, turkeys, and a pudgy porcupine, as well as the large outdoor fire ring. We look forward to our upcoming autumn visit. ”

“We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.”

“Property was great and was as advertised. Beautiful home and fit our needs perfectly. Neighborhood was not the greatest. There were lots of late noises. The driveway left a lot to be desired. The van we rented was very low to the ground and all the driveways in that neighborhood are sloped which cause the front bottom of the vehicle to scrape. The pocket doors to the bathrooms did not lock well. Overall we had a great time and the house exceeded our expectations. ”

“House is clean, large, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Coffee is provided, kitchen is a good size, however we did not cook. Its about 40 minutes to walk downtown, and 5 minute drive. ”

“We had a very nice family vacation at the Breakers. We celebrated a birthday with our friends who took the quick drive down from Hampton Beach to join us, and we were able to go back and forth between the two and spend time in both towns. Plum Island is such a lovely place and the beach is beautiful. This house was steps from the beach and equipped with nice beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. The house was clean and nice, but not so nice that I was worried about my kids in the space.……
