“Loved the location of this property! Self check-in was smooth, as was using the parking pass for the nearby South Harbor Garage. My only complaint was the noise-level: the walls were very thin and it's a shared building, so there were times it sounded like someone was actually in the apartment (when they were just in the next apartment over).”

“Because of this private location when you look out your window all you see are trees and bushes. However it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.”

“This house is absolutely gorgeous and the spaces for the most part were curated well. The price was very reasonable. The communication with the host was quick. While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. The largest issue was that online it appears you are renting a whole house which is why we chose to rent with this host. We wanted our privacy and not to be in an apartment . “It was a nice and clean house but the internet went out on our third day and wasn’t fixed and one of the sliding glass doors we couldn’t lock because the deadbolt was completely missing so we had to jam the door so we’d feel it was safer and the neighbors are way closer then we thought they would be other than those things we enjoyed our stay ”

“Had a weekend getaway with my mom and sister for Mothers Day and this was the perfect spot to stay! It was a quick walk across the bridge to get to downtown Salem and all of the shops and museums. Owners were super helpful and responsive, and the house was clean and beautiful. It was nice and quiet and we felt so safe the whole time. Would definitely rebook if we return to the area!! ”

“It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning”

“Needed someplace close to Endicott College for several family members to stay. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our time together here. Thank you. ”

“It was truly an 1800 home. Loved the hidden staircase. My grandsons used them to get to their room!!! Peaceful area. It was walkable for the young ones! Not far from many of the places we wanted to go. Just an all around wonderful experience!!”

“We had a very nice family vacation at the Breakers. We celebrated a birthday with our friends who took the quick drive down from Hampton Beach to join us, and we were able to go back and forth between the two and spend time in both towns. Plum Island is such a lovely place and the beach is beautiful. This house was steps from the beach and equipped with nice beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. The house was clean and nice, but not so nice that I was worried about my kids in the space.……

“I stayed here withu family for three weeks for my wedding. It was 😍”

“We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.”

“My sisters and I stayed here in May. It was perfect. 3 comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room in the living area. The house is clean and well stocked. If we come back to Salem, we would love to stay here again!”
