“This house is absolutely gorgeous and the spaces for the most part were curated well. The price was very reasonable. The communication with the host was quick. While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. The largest issue was that online it appears you are renting a whole house which is why we chose to rent with this host. We wanted our privacy and not to be in an apartment . “We had a very nice family vacation at the Breakers. We celebrated a birthday with our friends who took the quick drive down from Hampton Beach to join us, and we were able to go back and forth between the two and spend time in both towns. Plum Island is such a lovely place and the beach is beautiful. This house was steps from the beach and equipped with nice beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. The house was clean and nice, but not so nice that I was worried about my kids in the space.……

“We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.”

“Great stay! My family and I have been staying at Salisbury beach for 38 years. This year we were unable to get our usual rental so we took a chance on this place. We were not disappointed, so much room and the amenities were perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat :) Absolutely recommend!”
