“A very talented person put this space together and utilized every inch of space. Everything you could need is provided. We arrived a day early to attended an event at the Wayside Inn. The location was perfect as we did some site seeing to Concord center, Kimball’s ice cream and Monument Park. ”

“This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!”

“Anne was an amazing host. She had all types of snacks and other essentials to make the start of the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We were surprised to see that the house was actually much more spacious than we had expected. The house is very clean and well updated. The area is beautiful and we are already trying to plan our stay here again next year. 10/10.”

“Great location, pet friendly, comfy beds and pleasant hosts. The house is a great size and ready for a family with a dog. This was a good fit for us moving our daughter into college from out of state with our dog. The house is definitely older and has character, it just needs a lot of TLC. Older furniture, paint chipping, things missing, bathroom needs updating, and some older home quirks, especially with electric. If these things get updated, it would've been a 5 star review. We'd……

“My family and I stayed here for our first trip to Salem and it was the perfect spot for a weekend trip! The renovations are gorgeous, my mom really loved the bathroom. And there was plenty of room for all of us. It was easy to get to and is an easy walk to all of downtown. It was very easy to get a hold of the host if we had any questions. Truly a beautiful spot and would definitely stay again. ”
