“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“House is in fantastic shape and in a very central location. They have every thing needed for a comfortable stay and being able to wash clothes in the washer and dryer is a huge plus. Beds were super comfortable and the outside patio was comfortable and had a corn hole set up. They also provided snacks that our grandkids enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are up this way. ”

The house itself was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and spread out, with a central kitchen and living room area that led to a fantastic deck. The location is truly unbeatable. We were just a short, easy walk to Long Beach, so convenient to be able to come and go as we pleased without worrying about parking or having to go back to use the bathroom. “We loved our stay at the Rockport Pool House. It was a spacious house with tons of room inside for our family and a wonderful backyard. The rooms were very clean with updates and modern decor. The master bedroom suite was huge! The house is only a short walk to town through a beautiful neighborhood. The host, Rachel, was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues. We would definitely rent here again!”
