“I could not have been happier with this rental. The communication was superb. The parking for the property was clearly marked. This is a pet friendly rental and honestly I was absolutely SHOCKED it did not smell and the unit was so clean. I did not see ONE bug inside. “The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“The house isn’t directly on the beach BUT was only a 5 minute walk (if you are hard of walking my mother in law did it with having 16 procedures on her knee. You can do it as well!). House was clean and comfortable. Host was amazing with communication as well as early check in opportunity if it was available. Would definitely rebook this house for sure!”

“This property was so nice! Within walking distance of shops and dining in downtown Beverly. Very quiet, and SUPER clean. The bedrooms had window AC units, which I did not need to use. The property was compact, but large enough for me to spread out my yoga mat (a high priority for me). Two large bedrooms with VERY comfortable king-sized beds. The host was very nice and super courteous. I would definitely recommend this property!”
