“We only stayed one night at the property and we really only slept there. We were in town for the Red Sox so didn’t spend much time there. Overall it was just as advertised. The neighborhood is a little out of the way from Boston. The only negative is the 2nd bathroom is on the other side of the apartment from 3 of the bedrooms and the other is inside the other bedroom. It’s a little inconvenient to share for a larger group. But for us it was fine for 1 night. Flavia was very responsive and……

“Beautiful old home! Great neighborhood! The close proximity to Boston allowed us to pack a lot of adventure into 3 days. Close to the train station and the T was easy to navigate. This house was so nice and comfortable to come home to every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was a lovely place to hang out, we celebrated our last evening of vacation on the deck with cannolis from Mike’s Pastry.”

“We had a great stay over memorial day weekend! Check in and check out was one of the easiest processes of any BNB I've stayed at. Great convenient location with easy walking distance to the T and Collete Bakery. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is, but that's not really a big deal. We had no issues at all and the host was very communicative with us! Highly recommend for a stay in Boston!”

It's on a quiet residential street with parking space, but it's also an easy 10-minute walk to the nearest T station, so it was convenient for two modes of transportation. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials.
