“The property was okay, but not great. The check-in process was completely lacking, I called, emailed and texted every number I could find with no response until around 6 pm on check-in day. The basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were lacking or non-existent and the second 'bed', an air mattress leaked badly.”

“This was our first time in Boston and we wanted something besides a hotel for our stay. This place was perfection! Perfectly located in a great neighborhood, there is a bus stop right on the corner outside the apartment and there is a transit stop about 20 min. walking distance as well. It felt like being in your own home right outside the city. Clean, great amenities with a full kitchen and great living room with a fireplace to relax in after walking around the city all day. 10/10 would……

“We've stayed in a number of properties in and around Boston. This is the best. Very comfortable. High end appliances. Great host. We were there for 5 weeks and felt right at home. Our grandkids joined us for several sleepovers. Lots of fun. Speaking of grandkids, the place was nice enough as a backdrop for a family photoshoot. The T is literally right out the door. We rented the optional parking space which was an excellent decision. The apartment is on the fourth floor. All we can say is after……

“we were in town for a family wedding and wanted a place for the extended family to be able to gather throughout the wedding weekend. The house was a perfect spot for exactly that - time together in a relaxed environment where we could relax and spend time together. ”

“Units were clean, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked. Everything was exactly as listed by VRBO.Our family had a great get together weekend in Boston for MLK weekend using both the upstairs and downstairs units.”

“The property was in a quiet convenient location, it was well equipped with two toilets , one in a bathroom. The 2 beds were comfortable and the bed settee was a good third. Communication with the owners was excellent. All in all excellent location and worked well for us on marathon weekend with good access to Boston central by train”

“I recently stayed at this property with my teenage daughter, and two of her friends and their moms. The property was perfect! Every mom/daughter pair had their own room (3 total). The beds were comfortable, property was spacious enough for 6 people, and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. It was so much better than a hotel! ”
