“Two friends and myself went to Boston for a concert and stayed in this house. The description was right on and the house fit our needs. I would rent this property again if i go back to Boston. ”

“Great home for 4 people, newly renovated, easy to get to many places quickly, quiet neighborhood. Home has everything you might need for cooking, relaxing, and even laundry.”

“The condo is in a perfect spot. We were able to take day trips to Salem, Gloucester, Boston and New Hampshire and Maine. Very quiet neighborhood and very nice unit. The place could use a few more pictures or something to help the accustics in the living room. It's just very empty, not very homey. I'd also like to see a railing on the front entrance. The steps are kind of steep, and I worried about falling. However, overall it was a great place. I'd highly recommend this place. ”

“With 6 adults and 2 little ones traveling for a loved one’s graduation we needed a house that will accommodate our large group so we decided to look at VRBO and this listing fit like a glove.
