“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this……

“Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. ”

“Cute apartment in a suburban neighborhood. Plenty of amenities close by. Short drive to Boston. Private parking was a nice option since it’s so hard to find parking. The apartment was clean however it’s a quirky odd setup. The front door lock was a little confusing and required an app be downloaded to my phone to gain access to the apartment. No WiFi internet for the first two days. Shower was a little confusing and had to be turned off to activate the handheld wand and then turned back on. The……
