“Close to canoe rental and the Au Sable. Place had everything needed. Would’ve been exceptional is there was more deck furniture and the deck painted. Need a new grill as well. Overall the place was great!”

“The house was exactly what the description stated. We (myself, my son and his family, 2 girls 8 and 4) stayed for 4 night but the girls wanted to stay for "2 weeks" they definitely had a good time. Enjoyed the lake during the day and a campfire every night! Will more than likely try to book again next summer.”

“The cabin was amazing and had everything we could’ve needed. There were so many games and fun activities, fire pit, grill, and super close (walking distance) to Higgins Lake. We brought a pontoon and there were accommodations for the extra parking space we needed. The 4yo in our group was always occupied, lazing around and relaxing was so easy- inside and out. I couldn’t recommend this property more. We had a wonderful time. ”

“Great place to stay at Higgins Lake!! The house is clean & updated and feels like home - all the amenities you need, and then some, plus an amazing view!Everything was clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed it!One note for guests - bring water shoes for going in the lake out past the owner's boat. Couldn't be happier with our stay - it was awesome and the owners were responsive and gave all the necessary information. Seamless check-in, stay, and check-out.We loved it!”
